In her recently published dissertation, our very own, Dr. Tamarah Tilos, sheds light on key leadership behaviors that can be utilized to transform conflict and create a new dynamic of finding common ground in the mental health field.
Her research is very relevant to the work we do with partners on the ground everyday and explains what leaders can do to achieve breakthrough results that will ultimately serve to improve outcomes for the children and families we serve.
