Fun Fact/Quote? “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.”- Malcolm X

What does your average day look like?
Supporting the youth and encouraging them to make healthier choices to improve their interactions, expand their knowledge, and disprove stereotypes in attempts to help student grow both socially and academically.

Why do you do this work?
As a former student who struggled with behavioral challenges and learning difficulties, I find it to be a great satisfaction to be able to assist with improving the future of each younger person I interact with.

Hi Cedric,

Hope you are doing well. Would love some support for both Connor and Kaeden. I was at the justice center the other day asking if you were still there. Connor and Kaeden absolutely loved being at Camp Hope with you. It sucks that when Nancy left the center as head she took access to that program with her. The boys still wear those sweatshirts to this day. Connor had really been looking forward to being a counselor there and with the new program that replaced it I wasnt able to afford gas to go to and from the center nor would I have even been able to work with the hours offered at that time. i wish all family justice centers offered the camp hope option where all the kids could go for at least a week away to have all types of adventures for free.

I know Connor and Kaeden trust you so would love help getting them back on track.

you can reach me at [email protected]

hope to connect soon ✌️

best,

Caryn
